Wohoo! Finally found out what was slowing down the forum

It was the stats being shown at the bottom of the forums main page, so I disabled them. And now loading is within 5 seconds, at least on my system.

Yeap, it's faster. But I have feeling that somehow forum is loading twice! When I open the page, it shows few things and then again loads from begining...

Hi Highlander, the forum indeed loads twice but only on the main forum page when it has to show which new posts have been added. The development team of the forum is going to fix this in the next version.

No, but I do let them know about problems or new features so they can fix it in their next release.

Hey Michel, no doubt this forum and forum software is absolutely superior than robotech.com's but I was wondering, do you know which one is the forum software robotech.com have?

Can't tell for sure but i think they use an old version of phpBB.
