How many Sci Fi concepts are today a reality?

A few which comes to my mind.

Vertical Take Off Landing: possible
Thinking caps: possible
Power armors: possible
Camouflage invisible suits: possible

Anti-Matter Production: Accomplished
Anti-Matter Containment: Still haviing issues, but possible
Wepons Grade Lasers: Accomplished
Railguns: Prototype phase- Accomplished
Plasma Barriers: In testing
Space Marines: Afirmative (look it up I am not kidding)
Militarized Robotics: Mostly Bolo-like (look it up again) Accomplished
Automated VTOL Drones: Accomplished
Cybernetic Limb Replacements: Accompished (even in the Military)

look up this stuff, I kid you not ,all of this is in one phase or antother, Real as you or me.

We just need a cold beer on Mars now!

Plasma Discharge stun weapons: Accomplised (fits in a large suitcase)
Mecha: getting closer, you've seen it.

Also, the math has been worked with and we even know how, it's kida sketchy in my head right now, but what he said was that if we had tiny
nano machines shaped like symbals, we could move light faster than light inside the symbol shape than out side.

This means an actual Faster Than Light Drive system that (I'm drawing from the Scientist {Still can't spell today!] and SCI-FI author Travis S. Taylor) Using those nano-machines to actually power it by hooking it up like a bunch of pistons!!!!
